Safety and Quality
The safety of people is our highest priority. Installing camera equipment can pose a risk to people’s safety, both to our engineers as well as people in the surrounding area. We operate to strict health and safety rules and always ensure that work is carried out by suitably experienced, skilled staff. To date, we have maintained a clean accident record and our aim is to keep it that way. We are constantly reviewing our procedures and policies to ensure risks to people’s safety are kept to a minimum.

Every year we pass our SSAIB audit with flying colours and we maintain our high quality standards through guiding principles known as Excellence2020.
We’re members of the IAPP – International Association of Privacy Professionals and we are also Cyber Essentials Plus certified, which means we conform to the UK Government’s best practice security recommendations to minimise the risk of cyber-attack. In fact, we’ve gone beyond what’s required for certification under the scheme.
All of our professional security training is delivered by experienced and fully qualified trainers, and as a Highfield Qualifications Approved Centre, we’ve met the high standards required by Highfield Qualifications to deliver Security Industry Authority (SIA) courses and other bespoke training.
We belief in fair pay for everyone and were accredited a Living Wage Employer in August 2014 . Locally, we are active members of the Wirral Chamber of Commerce and sponsor numerous chamber events to promote and connect the Wirral business community.
