I’d like to inform you that we have adapted our operation in the light of the coronavirus to ensure we’ll be able to continue to serve you in a resilient manner during this period of national crisis. The security and protection of your business, people and assets is key to us and we’re here to assist if you need us.

All our normally office-based people are now working from home and are fully operational through our modern ICT infrastructure. Our phone system is also operating as normal but please note calls may not be answered as quickly as usual due to the call routing taking a little longer.

We also have our engineers available to undertake essential CCTV and security work that need to be carried on your premises. But please note any work will be subject to job specific risk assessment and strict control measures.

So far the availability of CCTV and security products in our supply chain have been largely unaffected. We are in close contact with our supply partners and will provide updates if this situation changes.

The aim of our measures is to prevent people falling ill or spreading the virus whilst at the same time ensuring our customers’ security systems are in place and remain well-supported and fully functional.
