We are pleased to announce that the Living Wage Foundation has accredited us as a Living Wage Employer.
The Living Wage commitment ensures that all current and future staff at NW Systems Group will receive the Living Wage as an absolute minimum. This is significantly higher than the national minimum wage.

About the Living Wage Foundation
The Living Wage is an hourly rate that is set independently and updated annually. It is calculated based on the cost of living in the UK, whilst employers choose to sign up to the Living Wage commitment voluntarily. There are currently over 700 accredited employers (Sept 2014).
