The Goldsmiths’ Centre in the heart of Clerkenwell, a historical London centre for jewellery trade, is a new £17.5m ($27m) state-of-the-art development creating a hub for associates of the jewellery, silversmithing and allied trades. The purpose-designed centre will offer workshops, training rooms, a conference area and exhibition gallery space as well as a public cafe.

Commissioned by contractors Balfour Beatty, NW has installed a high resolution camera solution with 3G wireless connectivity to transmit frequent shots of the project to remote servers providing a full visual archive of this landmark development to be used in future displays and marketing materials. The solution used is NW’s RemoteManager managed camera service, ensuring the camera system’s up-time and reliable image transfer and recording.
