Installation with eye for detail

We take a collaborative approach to system installation and work closely with our customers to keep disruption on site to a minimum and ensure smooth project implementation from start to finish.

An assigned, senior project supervisor with the assistance of a project coordinator will be responsible for delivering the installation to a high level standard. We pay close attention to the physical appearance of an installation with visual checks being made as part of the commissioning procedure.

Free helpdesk support

We feel our customers should be able to pick up the phone for assistance without being tied in to a support contract. That is why we offer free helpdesk support for system administrators as well as system users. Our support is by phone, email and remote login. And this free support is for the lifetime of the system.
