Today, we are a recognised as one of the leading IP video solution providers
November 2004 - We founded Network Webcams Limited. The founding members share 15 years of IP video experience between them.
February 2005 - Our online IP camera store networkwebcams.com is launched. We sell our first IP camera on the day we launch, it was an Axis 205.
April 2005 - We complete our first system installation. It was for Freightliner Group at their Coatbridge and Leeds freight terminals. Freightliner is still a key customer with us today.
May 2005 - We launch RemoteManager and Streamdays. Both become an instant success.
June 2007 - Networkwebcams.com is expanded in to the Euro zone.
January 2008 - Axis Communications award us Growth Partner of the Year 2007. (Read more)
January 2008 - We move in to the USA and establish Network Webcams (US), Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary with offices in Manhattan, NY.
August 2009 - Ten thousandth IP camera sold.
April 2010 - We change our name to NW Systems Group Limited and introduce a divisional structure: NW Security, Network Webcams, SecurityStation, RemoteManager and Streamdays.
July 2010 - We launch SecurityStation, after 18 months of development.
October 2010 - Our 6th anniversary. Annual turnover hits just under £2.5m ($4m).
We are looking to continue our growth and stay ahead of the field.
2006
Our breakthrough came in 2006, when we doubled our turnover and quadrupled our profits. We saw further booming growth in 2007 and were awarded Axis Growth Partner of the year.
Following our success in the UK we thought we could do the same further afield and expanded our sales into Europe during 2007 and moved in to the US in 2008.
The company has been growing ever since and our sales outside the UK now account for over 30 per cent of turnover.
