Dallam School in Cumbria is an international state boarding school for learning modern languages. To ensure students' safety the school called on NW to advise on and commission a ten camera, high-resolution system to be implemented on the school's existing IP network.
Cameras with supporting infrared illuminators were installed to provide clear images day and night, whilst the wide angle, megapixel resolution images the cameras produce, give great coverage with a relatively small number of cameras. Impressed with the quality, Dallam School is planning to add some more cameras.

The college uses the system for managing security around its large campus, comprising several buildings, wide open spaces and two large car parks. In 2010 NW was commissioned to perform a system health assessment and make recommendations for optimisation of its performance.
