Good customer relations is at the heart of our success
Carillion plc is one of the leading UK's construction companies and has been using NW to provide video project monitoring systems since 2008.
We have been working with Carillion on over a dozen sites across the country since, including various BSF projects such as South Shields Community School, Bulwell Academy in Nottingham and Jarrow School in Newcastle.
We provide Carillion with a comprehensive service looking after their networked camera requirements on location.
UK rail freight group Freightliner has been working with us since 2005. Over the years we have installed over 150 IP cameras spread across ten different Freightliner terminals. Working closely with the group's IT department and terminal managers, we assist with the design, installation and commissioning of each CCTV project and provide the annual maintenance and ongoing system support.
Freightliner efficiently uses the system for a multitude of its operations: on-site traffic control, health & safety monitoring, recording IDs of in and outbound containers and trucks, un-manned terminal sign in and night-time security surveillance.
Mars' pet care division uses NW for the supply and commissioning of network video cameras for its Pedigree and Whiskas production facility in Peterborough.
Going back to 2005, when the plant's engineers started initial tests with IP cameras on their network, the system has incrementally been expanded to over thirty high-end cameras using Milestone Enterprise software as the recording and management platform.
Mars uses its system for monitoring hygiene in production areas, the protection of critical zones and the general security of the site.
CSM, a worldwide provider of bakery products, commissioned NW in 2009 to implement a twelve camera, wirelessly networked system within CSM's manufacturing plant in Bromborough, Merseyside, for the purpose of monitoring food production lines and handling areas.
The first installation was a pilot, upon its success a second implementation was completed in 2010 and a third such system is underway.

Our first installation was for Freightliner back in 2005. We have completed another 225 implementations since.
From this, we have learned a lot. There is nothing that replaces this experience.
