Unlike many other network video recording software products which rely on a computer or other local storage solution, SecurityStation is a web-based Video Surveillance as a Service system. The secure server is managed by NW Systems Group, with data efficiently stored for playback through the online SecurityStation web interface. This saves on the cost of running a dedicated local computer as a monitoring solution without sacrificing features or usability.
Alongside real-time monitoring and playback, the intuitive SecurityStation interface can remotely adjust settings on selected cameras as well as notifying you by e-mail if the camera detects an intruder or any activity outside of customisable parameters.
